
Tom Perkins
Senior Catastrophe & Climate Analyst

Tom Perkins sits in the Catastrophe Risk & Exposure Management team at the PRA, Bank of England, where he supports the supervision of both Natural and Non-Natural Catastrophe Risk for PRA-regulated firms. His role also involves engagement in physical climate risk research, collaborating with teams across the Bank as well as with external stakeholders. Additionally, Tom is a member of the Royal Meteorological Society’s Insurance Special Interest Group.
Previously, Tom worked in Catastrophe Analytics at a reinsurance broker, where he was co-lead of the International Catastrophe Analytics team’s Climate Change Working Group and contributed to various research network projects.
