Tina has been working in the financial services sector in re/insurance for over 15 years. She has held multiple roles across catastrophe model vendors, Property & Casualty Insurance, Reinsurance, and intermediary broking firms. Currently, Tina is the Head of International Catastrophe Analytics at Gallagher Re. She is also responsible for the Gallagher Research Centre (GRC), as the Global Head of Research, which provides valuable academic insights to the Gallagher Reinsurance business. Tina’s background is in geoinformatics, holding a PhD in Geomatic Engineering from UCL. She is a fellow of the Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society and a chartered Geographer with the Royal Geographical Society in the UK, where she has also co-founded the Professional Practice Group for Disaster Risk Management.
