Tim Mardon is the Aspen Reinsurance Global Head of Property Catastrophe, Aspen Bermuda Limited Chief Underwriting Officer and a member of Aspen Re’s Leadership team.
Tim manages the company’s global portfolio for property catastrophe reinsurance, overseeing the development and execution of its business strategy and ensuring the consistency of underwriting standards. He also heads the Bermuda Reinsurance team, a leading, global hub for underwriting catastrophe business.
Based in Bermuda, Tim has more than 30 years of reinsurance experience and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
Prior to joining Aspen in November 2023, Tim served as Global Head of Property Reinsurance at Sirius Point. He also has held senior roles at Chubb Tempest Reinsurance, CIG Re and Torus Re.
