Amrita is a Managing Director at Guy Carpenter where she heads up the UK P&C Property Analytics team. Along with her team, she focuses on reinsurance optimisation, reinsurance pricing during renewals, tenders and capital modelling to assess the capital efficiency of various reinsurance programmes. She has worked in the reinsurance industry for more than 14 years and qualified as an Actuary in 2014. Amrita began her career at GC, after completing her BSc and MSc degrees in Actuarial Science and Actuarial management respectively. More widely, Amrita has chaired the Solvency UK IFOA working party since 2018 and is a regular presenter at the actuarial conferences.
